Eating.
sounds wierd but it's not just food that causes weight gain. it's a lot of bad food

so eat small snacks often. especailly things like veggies and fruits. things like baby carrots and apples are great b/c they're cruncy easy to eat and keep your mouth busy
Also a handful of granola or nuts is a great way to keep snacking throughout the day. eating often keeps your metabolism constantly working and therefore burning cals.

and as most everyone else has said water. 75% of waht people perceive as hunger is actually dehydration. if you drank more water you would feel hungry less and it helps you to burn calories.

stretching is a good way to lose weight. it's great for the body, relaxing, and stretching the muscles out makes you lenghtier and more flexible.

you can try different types of herbal supplements for fat burn and to increase metabolism, but mostly what you'll get is jittery hands, and a huge caffeine rush. it may work initially to give you a boost, but you really run the risk of crashing.

eat one grape fruit a day. the one you get from the fruit store not the bottled ones from the supermarket. personaly i think it really works. its worth a try. good luck!
