there are many kinds of cheeses out there if u try one of them or mixture of them pizza would taste superb

Not mine! I love feta and Parmesan on my pizza!
They use mozz because it melts co nicely and covers the pizza.

Depends on what the theme of the pizza you're making.
But whatever the pizza, make mine with extra, extra cheese.
In fact, make mine a cheese pizza and throw some other stuff on it as well. (With cheese on top).

Italians traditionally use mozzarella. But you can use any type you want, you want a cheese with good melting properties.

They even make cheeseless pizza!
