Yes, in a split second with rubbing alcohol. I've used that for years. It will remove ANY kind of ink.
And yes. Even if it has been on there all day. You don't even need to rub it. It just wipes away instantly.

If the ink is not waterproof, it will eventually come off with normal washing. Scrub your face and use an exfoliant if you want to get it off a little faster, but it may take a few days for all those layers of skin cells to come off and be replaced with new skin.

But it's going to hurt! The only way to remove the mark is to remove the skin cells the ink has stained (don't worry...the cells are dead, anyway).
All you have to do is get something really scratchy (pumice stone, toothbrush, etc.) and scrub the offending facial mark.
This is called exfoliation, and you should notice that your face feels softer after you do it!

it will come off, just scrub it with soap and water. if there is a faint mark remaining after a good scrub, wash it again in the morning. this will be gone in no time
