Of course he is. He deserves his rating not only for the people he's beaten, but also for the way he's beaten them. Lets not forget, he almost did Juan Manuel Marquez over in the first round, putting him down three times.

Around Featherweight is just so loaded with talent at the moment. I'm sure a lot of people are looking forward to his upcoming bout with Injin Chi, and would give anything to see him in the ring with Barrera and JMM again, and also take on Guzman.

The fight I would really like to see Pacquiao in would be in a shootout with Valero (which wold be a fight that Pac Man wouldn't go into as the puncher, but is the more superior boxer of the two). If he does fight Valero, given the power of the two of them, I don't figure it to last too long. I'm sure a lot of people would feel the same way.

Hey, what's up??? I think Manny is definitely THE best superfeatherweight. He, however, is not the best fighter in the planet...yet. As long as Pretty Boy Floyd remains unbeaten, he is still the no.1. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Filipino. I love Manny, but he's not quite there yet.

The pound-for-pound recognition will be determined on May 5th. If Floyd loses to Oscar, Manny is the best (provided he gets through his opponent on April 28.) I've regarded Floyd as the best ever since Hopkins lost to Taylor the first time in 2005. I believe that Manny is in his prime physically, mentally, and emotionally. I don't think anyone can get by him in the lower weight divisions, not even Valero or Guzman. You go, Pacman!!!

I would say no, Mayweather is. He has fought much deeper talent and never had a close call. All of his skills are more polished than Pacmans. In my opinion, Manny is a close second.
