In my opinion he is not only the best pound for pound in the Superfeatherweight division he is basically the best fighter pound for pound in the world at the moment and also the most exciting fighter out there at the minute. If there is one fighter i would travel any where in the world to go and watch it would be the pacman.

Best pound for pound at Featherweight, yes. Not the overall best P4P. That would be Floyd (who started off at Super Feather).

Manny deserves his rating not only for the people he's beaten, but also for the way he's beaten them. Lets not forget, he almost did Juan Manuel Marquez over in the first round, putting him down three times. And also Larios. Although Manny won comfortably, Larios wasn't exactly a pushover

Around Featherweight is just so loaded with talent at the moment. I'm sure a lot of people are looking forward to his upcoming bout with Injin Chi, and would give anything to see him in the ring with Barrera and JMM again, and also take on Guzman.

The fight I would really like to see Pacquiao in would be in a shootout with Valero (which wold be a fight that Pac Man wouldn't go into as the puncher, but is the more superior boxer of the two). If he does fight Valero, given the power of the two of them, I don't figure it to last too long. I'm sure a lot of people would feel the same way.

The answer is no.
Pound for Pound refers to a comparison of boxers over different weight divisions - you cannot have a fighter who is called the best Pound For Pound Featherweight.
The correct question would be is Manny the best Pound for Pound fighter in the world.

I would have to say yes, he is the best feather/super featherweight boxer in the world right now. Which considering the super featherweight division is possibly the strongest in boxing at the moment, puts him very near the top in the best pouned for pouned fighter category.

Definitely! The faetherweight is currently the most competitive and talent-laden division in the world of boxing. and it should only be fitting to pick the best fighter in this division to be the best pound for pound fighter in world. Pacman is simply menacing when in the ring....
