I don't believe there's been a testing on how much salt (table salt NaCl) you can ingest before you fall over but the lethal dose is 3,300 mg/kg.

This is the LD50 meaning 50% of rats died when given this amount salt. DON'T TRY IT OUT. THIS DOES NOT MEAN IF YOU EAT LESS YOU'LL BE OKAY. INGESTING LARGE AMOUNTS OF SALT LESS THAN THE LD50 CAN STILL CAUSE DEATH AND OTHER ANNOYING HEALTH ISSUES
