If she never notices you, then it sounds like you have not talked to her yet- Smile and say hi when you pass her. Make an effort to go talk to her. If you are too shy to come right out and ask her out, just talk about generic things or things you have in common to feel out the situation to see if she likes you back. Take it from there and act accordingly. If she seems to like you, take the chance and ask her out, if not, just stay friends and accept not everyone you like will like you back the same way.

Well the truth is she prob. does notice you but doesnt think you notice her. Dont be shy...go talk to her! Ask her questions about herself! Nothing is more attractive than a guy with confidence!

TAKE A DIVE MAN.. GO OVER THERE SAY HELLO!!! ask her what her name is, and learn about what shes into..
Look at the body language she shows you.. Does she smile? Does she look you in the eyes???
Or does she avoid the conversation???
