All cars are able to run on ethanol fuel after changing out the valve seals, but without that being done they can still handle up to 20% ethanol mix without harming the engine.

I have a 94 economy car and it handles unleaded plus very well. I believe that is 10-15% ethanol.

quite a few, they are called flex fuel vehicles, they are able to run on gasoline or the ethanol mixture. I heard alot of people own vehicles like this and don't even know it. Hope this helps.

I think it's about 5 million cars that can run on e85.
