So there's this guy that asked me out. But he said that I could have some time to think about it because he sort of sprung it on me very suddenly. And now I've thought about it and I've decided that I do want to go out with him. But how do I tell him that?

Are we talking 'out' as in on a date? Or 'out' as in being his girlfriend? If it's a date, say exactly how you feel. "I'd love to go out with you. What did you have in mind?" If it's to be his girlfriend, then tell him you'd love to be his girlfriend. He got up the courage to ask you out, hoping you'd say yes. Be confident that he will be ecstatic that you're saying yes!!!

Just go up to him and tell him that you'd like to take him up on the date. It's pretty easy, he's already made the first move.
