If on one end the transformer is at 125V and 15mA then the other side will be 6.3V and .297 A or 3.125V and .6A

power will be the same on both sides so the equation is
V1I1=V2I2

You are looking at a step down transformer and power supply posibly a cellphone charger.

Are you looking at a power transformer with a primary side rated at 125V, 15mA, and a secondary side at 6.3V, 0.6A? Ok. What's your question?
