lead a simple low-maintenance life. Lower your expenses, Lower will be the need for high paying high stress job.

think simple and for the present only. the future is not in your control so don't make any major plans. the past is gone and can't be reverse, accept it.

meditate for atleast an hour, in a day, and practise proper breathing methods to get a relaxed feel.

First, understand that you are what you are and you're special.
Second, Do the best you can at what ever you do.
Third, Understand that you will never please everyone.
Fourth, You will be reminded of your mistakes quiet often, but rarely hear of the good that you do.
Fifth, Stress only hurts and is never good. Stress causes hurt and pain on others, not just you.
Sixth, Enjoy life and what it has to offer. Don't let stress rob you of the happiness and beauty of life.

Learn to love yourself, to accept yourself as you are, without judgment. If you can truly love yourself then you can accept whatever the universe presents to you. If you can accept yourself without judgment, you can accept hte universe without judgment. If is from judgment that stress comes. When we judge we put energy into the judgment and the energy we put into judgments creates stress. So, accept yourself first; then learn to accept the universe without judgment; then learn to appreciate and truly enjoy the beauty of life. You life will be free from stress and filled with love.

I want to discus here only one basic rule not many.

Practise to live in present. Present is the only solution of all existing problems. Title song of KAL HO NA HO is really inspiring and practical.

Don,t take it lightly, it is really tough to concentrate your conscious mind in present. While practising you will find how random your mind is.

To control your mind use past to learn from mistakes and to motivate from successes & use future to fix target or deadline to finish your dream works.
