I started taking the pills but wanna know if they work. Has anyone tried them and gotten results?

No- and it is dangerous. A healthy diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight. If simply taking a pill worked there would be no fat people in this country.

Why do you want to take a pill to lose weight? It will only end up harming your body. Try a lifestyle change. Eat healthy and exercise. There is no "magic" pill that is going to take the weight off. Read the warning label on the bottle. It will tell you what the side effects are. After reading that, ask yourself this question...Is it really worth it?

believe this is one of the companies in that huge lawsuite about suppliments that claim this and that and are completely false... weightwatchers and hydroxycut i know were the other two ... but i know there were three companies all together.

I tried those things you put in the water and drink.. it was HORRIBLE. It makes me wanna gag.

i havent tried that but Hoodia works wonders
