sooo about 2 weeks ago i burnt my tongue really bad on hot chocolate and i got these big bumps?

on the back of my tongue [blisters i guess you could call them]....they're still there after 2 weeks and they make it hurt to swallow... i'm wondering if that's a normal span of time? if so, how much longer should they be here for?
