Turn offs for me is a girl that smokes, swears and dresses really skanky.
Turn ons are a girl that you can keep a conversation with, if they are shy and don't like to talk that's a real turn off, because how are you meant to interact with each other.
Also, a turn off is a girl that is over weight and or wears way to much make up.
Though if their personality is right, you never know. When you are older appearance really don't make a difference. You may hear this a lot, but it's true. Yeah the good looking girls may get the guys at first, but if they act like whores, etc. The guy wont want to stay for long.

I know the one thing that drives me away is a HOT woman that lights up a Freaking Ciggerette.. BLAH!!!...
The biggest turn on is when the woman can me your mistress, friend and lover all at one time.

i dislike women who have a lack of hygiene or are just plain ugly (i kno im shallow). as the other guy said a penis is out of the question but a turn on for me would be a girl with a gr8 smile and a good body who is interested in what i have to say and knows when to be silly and when to be serious
