I am always thinking I am fat when i look at those gorgeous skinny chicks at school but i want to know what a healthy weight is for me.

You should weigh an amount that is correct for your body frame. Curvy women will almost always outweigh stick-figures, but most men actually prefer curves to angles anyway. If you have a high muscular density or bone density, you will weigh more, and that's a good thing. Dense bones and muscles prevent deterioration later in life.

Don't worry about the number of your weight. Just tell yourself that you look good, and believe it, because if you believe it, it's true.

you can't go by weight its your overall body fat and appearance. Weight to height ratio's always tell me i'm obese but i'm 12% bodyfat 5'7 215 lol

at 5' "8 about 145 is the best that is only my opinion however i dont like skin and bones anorexic lookin girls i just want to throw cheeseburgers at them
