For some reason, public high schools are so boring ! Going through 6 classes everyday is starting to drive me crazy ! All they mostly is give you assignments, and because of the huge class sizes, they dont have time to make sure everyone understands it. Any advice on how I can get motivated to acutally want to do work, study, and stop being bored out of my mind ??

I thought high school sucked too but looking back 20 years it was the time of my life.Want to talk bored wait till you go to work!

Come up with a mantra. Lately mine has been "stay motivated." I don't know why, but it actually works.
It also wouldn't hurt to come up with a schedule for yourself.
And remember that the harder you work now, the easier college will be later.
Also, if you don't understand something, just ask! Generally teachers love to help students. That is their job after all.
To combat boredeom even more, get involved! Join a club, do some extracurriculars. Explore!

I hated high school, but I knew I had to get through it. If you aren't being challenged, take some advanced courses. If you need to fill up you schedule, try looking into some electives that seem interesting. If all else fails, graduate early.

Just get through it. Don't drop out!!! I know it seems like you're being in a baysitting situation, but get what you can out of high school - but just stick with it and wait for college. It will be the best time of your life!

high school is supposed to be the best four years of your life so just try to enjoy it as much as possible
