Sorry if thats a little personal, but please be honest. I just want an Idea of what people generally weigh.

I weigh 108 lbs, but I am only 18 and have an overactive thyroid.

I now weigh 156 lbs, however when I was 18 years old I weighed about 110 lbs and 5'7" tall. So there is really nothing wrong with your weight, you may gain more weight later in life and.then you will remember this day. Sometimes our weight is not the issue, it is how we view ourselves. You can weigh 110 lbs or 180 lbs and still look good. It is what you think of yourself and how you take care of yourself that is more important.

In shape I am 200lbs 7% bdy fat at 5'5"...I am of course a competitive athlete.

Out of shape I am 175lbs around the same bodyfat....I eat less when I am not getting ready for a show.

Your height is not mentioned nor is your body fat %...that is needed to know if your on track.

Bone structure also plays a role in determining whether your amongst the average.

I will not tell you how much I weigh, But I will tell you that Your weight is still acceptable. You can weigh as much as 132 for your height. It would depend on your bone frame. I an the same height. I used to stay between 110 & 116 LBS.I have small bones.

I'm 25 years old, 5ft2in & 120lb (25% body fat).

As it stands, your current body fat percentage of 18%-20% is okay. For someone who is non-athletic and doesn't have much lean body mass, it's the minimum healthy/acceptable body fat percentage you can have.

So, you just need to maintain your current weight and body fat percentage and watch it doesn't drop any lower.

I'm 23, 5'2", and weigh 217 lbs. I have a very high skeleto-muscular density, even though I am a little soft around the middle.

Note: because of my high density, I cannot swim. I know that has nothing to do with the question, but it's odd.
