well wanted to know about diet coke. they say it is not a healthy drink. we get fat if we drink it. what is the sweetness in it. I myself do not drink it at all.

I think it's the artifical sweetener that some people say is bad for you. The idea of the artificial sweetner is that you won't pack on the pounds as you would with a sugared drink. Personally, I think water is as good a beverage as any.

Yes, although diet coke uses a sugar substitute to make its claim of "less sugar = less fat" well the saccharin or aspartame substitute is still bad for your body, it may not immediately translate into fat. There can be other side affects; such as brain tumors, brain lesions, and lymphoma. Yet that was in large quantities over time. Plus the diet coke has other elements that make it bad for your body; but if you're just drinking it occasionally you should be fine. Just remember, like any drug you can overdose on it, be it caffeine or sugar or even water. Hope this helps.

Diet Coke has an ingredient that is EXTREMELY BAD CALLED ASPARTAME THAT IS WHAT IS BAD FOR YOU IF THEY MADE DIET COKE WITH SPLENDA OR SOME OTHER SEEETNER IT WOULD BE A LOT BETTER AND SAFER BEST WISHES gORBALIZER

It is bad for you some people use to clean bathtubs cause it is so corrosive and if gets on your nail and stays there your nail dissolves
