I've never tried this with the Cup O' Noodles, but it works great with the regular Ramen packages.
I boil the noodles in water until they are aldente (slightly firm still). I then plate the noodles with no water. I combine the flavoring package with about 2 tablespoons of hot water and pour this over the noodles and mix. I then add sliced meat (chicken for chicken, pork for pork, steak for beef, shrimp or fish for seafood) on top. You can also add your favorite veggies. I like to add sauted mushrooms or lightly steamed asparagus tips.

Try cutting up a chicken breast. Fry it, then add the cooked noodles to the mix minus the juice. I have also heard of people scrambling eggs and adding the noodles to it.

Chopped fresh tomatoes (doesn't matter if you add before or after cooking)
Green onions, chopped chicken & lemon juice
Tabasco sauce or Frank's Red Hot
Add long grain &/or wild rice, add grilled chicken on top -- Great dinner
Be careful of salt, those things are loaded with salt, so don't add any.

dude. there are so many possibilities. Me being a college student, I've tried a lot of stuff.
Make a whole caserole is my suggestion..... add some green beans, tuna fish or other shredded meats, cajun seasoning of course :) crushed ritz cracker with butter for topping, cheese!
it's so good!

Nothing spectacular but I love to add some Worcestershire sauce and tabasco, with hamburger meat in the beef flavored one's!

If it's in your kitchen it will probably work nicely as an add-in. Personally, I like a small bag or a handfull of crushed Cheetos in mine.
And lots of gourmet (kosher) salt!
