is can be a number of things...from a panic symptom, to hyperventilation(improper breathing restricting oxygen to limbs) , pinched nerves,to a neurological disorder. make an appointment to see your doctor.

I think there are a lot of things that can cause such symptoms. The first ones that come to mind are pinched nerves in the spine and diabetes.
You really should see a doctor to find out what's causing it and take care of the problem.

Its nerve problems, possibly trapped nerve or a nerve being snagged and your doc has failed to diagnose it. This can get orse you can end up with a permanent pins and needles tingling feeling if the nerve stays trapped for too long, go see a different doc, the shocks are definately nerve related.

Scalenii muscles in you neck. Look it up. What they say will not treat your saclenii. You are breathing paradoxically. This is a life time of pain. You need to learn how to breathe properly. I can tain you, but not for free.
