Depends on the man, my significant other is willing to take my suggestions but I think he has a much more defined image of our wedding that I do. His budget far outpaces mine lol. I trust him to take care of things but at the same time there are things that women will just obsess over with regards to their wedding.

I think I would've been more of a Bridezilla of my husband was in charge of the wedding prep, because he would've delegated everything to his mother, and she can be a real pain in my you-know-where, and she likes to buy everything second hand, which can came in handy when I'm broke and need, say, bedding for a free bed I just picked up, but not for wedding decor.

Guys would have all the preparation done in a week. Guys don't care for spending 10 weeks deciding what kind of flowers to buy or what music to have. It gives us more time for doing other important stuff like sports! (Not that wedding prep isn't important!)

More, especially if the guy planning the wedding was my soon to be. We're being married on Saturday and he still hasn't written vows. I've planned the whole wedding, bought two dresses, all of the flower bouquets were made by myself and a friend, made thankyou card-myself,food,decorations,all of the ordering and inviting...with a limited budget. He can't even manage to write vows.I think he should've started seven yrs ago when we met.

MORE, we can hardly trust a wedding planner to take care of our weddings, let alone a guy. No offense.
