The best exercise is walking. Walk in a rhythm, speed doesn't matter but maintain a rhythm and do it every day. It's not about building muscle like most gym exercises are. It's about heart health and burning calories. The rhythm re-sets your body and helps you feel fantastic and THAT'S a good thing and will help you stick to an eating regime. I hate the "D" word because people seem to have such a negative reaction to it. Eat healthy and keep your focus. It takes time hon!

Your 17 how much can you weigh. Now understand that when you work out like that you are building muscle. You may lose fat but you are building muscle at the same time. So dont sabotage yourself by piggin out. Maintain. You want to burn more fat then you dont need to work out so hard. Maybe eat 6-7 small meals throughout the day. By meals Im talking like snack portions each time and eat good stuff so not to pack on the pounds. If your serious then quite any sodas, fruit juice, sugar drinks. Drink more water than you think you can stand and eat foods that are thermic (meaning that they actually make you burn calories to digest it) like red and green peppers, and eat a treat every now and again so not to deprive. Just dont make it a whole pizza or something. Good luck

Yes.
You need to exercise your brain since you spell like crap and all. It took me about five minutes to translate your "sentence" to proper English.... which is probably why you don't have very many responses.
You need to more than situps. You need to run, walk, lift, AND throw some situps in there. The only thing 100 sit ups a day will do is hurt your back and make your abs slightly tighter.

Here's the deal. You've heard it a million times, but it's true.
Muscle weighs more than fat.
Muscle will eventually replace the fat, sometimes in proporionate amounts (meaning that you'll weight the same.)
Be patient, keep up the exercise, and you'll be fit as a fiddle in no time.

hey, excersing is really good for you (you are getting rid of caloreis). You need to also watch your diet. I gained five punds on eating an extra chocolate bar every day for 2 weeks! If you eat helathier foods like cutting down on the chocolate it would make it easier to get rid of calories.

exercise is only 1/2 the battle.
the other half is what you put into your body...
You may still burn 3000 calories in a day, but if you still put 5000+ calories into your body every day, you're still going to gain weight..

being thin doesn't necessarily mean healthy if you aren't eating a balanced diet. there is a lot more to being fit and healthy then how much you weigh

Don't look at the scale, instead look at how much better you look in the mirror.
