I feel bad for saying this, but is this post supposed to be a joke? because you definitly got a couple of laughs out of me.
If you are serious, I would say definitly don't. She gave you permission, so it is technically okay, but the fact that you feel guilty about it already and you haven't even done anything is bad. You would only make yourself miserable and ina way, be betraying what your personal values and beliefs. Sex can wait...10 months isn't really that long, and it will be worth it in the end.
Personally, if you have these more traditional morals, I would be a little concerned that your fiancee doesn't have a problem with an open relationship.

You should take advantage of this time to get out and explore life. Certainly you deserve better than a mate who has become incarcerated, unless they are totally innocent and in by mistake.
Set your sights higher. I don't know the reasons, but whatever,
their life will be severely limited in the long run having that kind of record. Get out and see the total picture....being on parole or
probation won't be any picnic either. Time to get your life
back together.

I think you should just wait. If you really love her and care about her why risk anything? She may be saying that it's okay now... but she might not be 100% honest with you. I can't imagine anyone saying it's ok...
But the main thing to ask yourself is this.... If you wouldn't want her to do it... why would you?

It's NEVER okay to cheat. If you can't hold on that long than you need to let her go and THEN you can go get it on.
And just because she says it's okay....hey dude...she's a woman. She holds the right to change her mind at any given time! (lol) and THAT means the second it leaves your mouth that you've cheated on her....her mind will certinly change.
Just don't do it!

I personally think it depends on how you feel about her. If you are truely crazy about someone and that person is who you want to be with, you won't want to be with anyone else. 9mo. goes by really fast. Try 5yrs. You know when it is someone you souley desire...you can't bring yourself to be with another, especially while knowing they are coming back to you.
Not trying to make you feel badly for your questioning, but it's just how I feel. Think about all the Husbands and Wives in Iraq. Not saying all are faithfull, however lots of them are. Hope it helps to have answers. xoxo and best of luck to you.

The more important question appears to be why is she incarcerated?
