Yes, i completely agree. I am a Catholic and happen to be very proud of my religion. It really upsets me when people on these boards openly blast Catholicism. I understand that they may not agree with it, but it does not mean they should call us individuals that believe idiots, morons, fakers or unsaved.

There are religions that I don't necessarily completely understand or agree upon; however, I would never put anyone down for believing in it. If you believe, and your religion or faith helps you to get through life and be a happier person, then more power to you. Far be it from me, to criticize you.

I have friends of many faiths; I do not try to convince them that their religion is wrong and vice verse. I believe that ones religion is ones own personal business. Let me believe what I wish, and you can believe in what you wish. We can still be friends, we are all good moral people; regardless of different faiths.

Who is to decide which question is bigoted. Surely the bigot has more need of being shown that alternatives exist, not by labelling him a bigot but by giving him the opportunity to see that he does have a choice.

I am a Christian, and I have learned a lot from some of the Atheists on this chat group. Like, what does Jesus really want you to do? And, will Jesus' blood alone, get you to Heaven? You see, I forgot about what Jesus said, that in 63 years I have never heard preached in church. "If you do not forgive others, then, your father in Heaven will not forgive you." To believe in Jesus we must believe that message from Jesus, and apply it to our lives.
An Atheist re-taught me that message.
