Short and simple answer: join an intramural sport. They are fun, you can put together your own team if you know enough guys and/or gals, they are free, and you don't have to leave campus to do them. And they run at all different times after classes at most colleges so it is likely that you can find something that you like. And if you don't like it, you can quit and pick up another one. Nice way to meet new people too.

I would start off by modifying your diet. Try to eat oatmeal and a piece of fruit. You can fix a sandwich with turkey and spinach for lunch. Have some carrots for a snack or an apple. Drink plenty of water. Add a salad to your dinner too. Do you walk to school or do you drive? Try to park away from campus if you do drive, so you can get some exercise walking to and from your car. Do you have any friends that can loan you some exercise tapes? Or do some jumping jacks, sit-ups, and push-ups (etc), while you watch television, or take a break from your studying and jog in place. Any movement will help. You do need to get plenty of sleep so that your body can recover from the previous day. What keeps you from going to bed at 10 (besides studying)? Invest a couple of bucks in a jump rope. It is a great cardio workout and it is fun too! Good luck. I know how hard it is being a full-time student. Best of luck in school too!

6am? you have freaking class at 6 am? are you kidding me...?

Ok so you want quick fixes to your health problem that has taken years to develop. You get it by purchasing gimmicks that promise you fast results. You fall for it, and at the end of the day you are more frustrated than every. Why? Because you are denying the root of your problems.

I have counseled thousands of people over my twenty year tender as a personal trainer, health club consultant and best selling author. And in all my travels, the answers to people’s problems with weight come down to one thing: decide to do something about it NOW!

My approach with people is, either you pay a price now or you will pay a bigger price down the road. I am so tired of dancing around the real truth and trying to pat people on the back and say, “It’s OK you can do it.” When all the while, most are in the least bit serious about their health. You have no idea what you are in for down the road.

If you are on the fence of whether or not to start an exercise and weight loss plan, I suggest you either become hot or cold. None of this luke warm stuff. You, America is on the verge of a health crisis. The longer you wait the more of chance you have of having a disease or just living a poor quality of life. If this resembles a scare tactic, it is! I am almost begging you to start and let me help you.

You also have a matter of choice on all these gimmicks out there. Don’t waste your money on products that are not long lasting and do not teach you anything. I know you want fast results but you will just waste your money. Let me remind you, until you deal with your approach to weight loss the other is pie in the sky. Here are the keys to weight loss no matter how you slice it:

Determine HOW you are motivated

Determine the REASONS behind the unwanted behaviors.

Develop a great support system

Eat for fuel not for taste

Keep being active.

Here is a portion of one of my e books at www.resolutions.bz

I didn’t have much time to pack my bags that day; matter of fact, I‘m still wearing the same clothes I put on that morning.

I met all three of them on the way up here. They said they would hitch a ride, but they were not sure they would be welcome where I was going.

I thought it was unusual to learn how much they knew about me. Did I meet them at some restaurant my family and I went to? Did I see them at the doctor’s office? I know, maybe it was at a bunko party or the golf course? I just couldn’t put my finger on how I knew them until today.

It’s pretty nice here though—peaceful, always something to do, good conversation. However, I sure miss my family. I wish I didn’t have to leave them soon, but how would I have known?

The three of them said they warned me time and time again. How? When? Where? I wondered. I thought I read all the right books and talked to the right people. I even participated at times.

Lazy was probably the one I got along with the best during that short time we spent together. He was the only transparent one of the three. Others might have thought if they saw us together we were twins. We were so much alike.

The other two were much more reserved and timid. Don’t let those guys fool you. I learned quickly they were stubborn old boys with rough edges—two of the biggest know-it-alls I had ever met. They called themselves Denial and Pride. And if you ever met them, I think you would agree they were named correctly.

As I crossed the line, I will never forget what they said to me as we raised our hands to each other and waved goodbye, “If only you had known.”

DON’T LET THIS BE YOU! START TODAY! LET ME HELP YOU!

Are you ready to start?

Are you done making excuses?

Are you tired of feeling bad?

Do you want to feel better?

Do you want to lose some weight?

Then stop making up reasons not to.

The number one reason people do not lose weight is DENIAL! Get over it! I can help!

Don't starve, because you will put it all straight back on and more: you're body will start to prepare itself for another starvation. Just eat less but more often, say 5 times a day. Include 2 pieces of fruit and 3 to 5 vegetables each day. Try to team up with a friend and go running 30 minutes 3 times a week. Also, watch what you drink, as this is important to avoid drinking too much sugar. Plus you are not overweight... my 12 year old is 60kg and she is not overweight.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

You need to eat a healthy breakfast. Fruits and healthy cereal.
Since your schedule doesn't allow lunch then you'll just have to have 2 meals a day so don't eat a light breakfast.
Taking walks is more effective than running or treadmill.
Whatever exercise you choose, do it at least 30 minutes(continually, no breaks) a day or every other day.
You need to drink plenty of water too.
You shouldn't eat between meals or eat late.

If you actually only eat what you have listed above, I think you should be underweight right now...? I eat a lot more than this and I'm in the border line of being underweight and normal weight.
