hi is there grandparents right in pa,it hrut me so much if i not not see my grand baby..pls help me, my daurhgter is hurt of all of this her hubby well not let me see my grand bay pls help..

I hate to say it but I'm almost certain that you don't really have many rights when it comes to seeing the grandchild unless you can prove that the parents are unfit. I live in PA and a friend of my mom's doesn't see her grandchild because she had a fall out with her daughter and there is nothing she can do about it :(

genuinely grandparents haven't any "rights" in any state. i have considered that on-line many situations. definite i imagine you're doing incorrect to disclaim your baby the love of her grandparent.
