why would you still be sleeping with an ex? what's wrong with you? are you sure you are in love with him? or just in love with casual sex?
yes, if you want to move on, you gotta stop seeing him all together.. no sex, no talking, nothing.. take a 6 month break from him so you can mend your wounded heart and get back on your feet.. then you can focus on finding a new love.. then if you really wanna stay friends with the ex, call him 6 months later to say hi.

Having sex with your ex will only allow him to be with you while seeing what else he can get. When he finds another interest he will spring the "I can't do this anymore". You are allowing him to have his cake and eat it too. Unless that is part of your interests. The hardest thing of breaking up is just that, breaking up. You are not together for a reason and no matter how much you seek the comfort of what used to be you would be better off for remembering why you broke up. Good luck!

If he's your ex, you still love him, but have not future with him, don't let him have his cake and eat it too. Stop having sex with him and get out and meet someone new.

I think that you should stop having sex with him. I don't think that you should have sex with anyone that your not dating. If he's getting it from you now...he'll never have to be with you again. Make him work for it.
