You realize every culture had an astrology system BEFORE Christinaity. The Mayans had an animal based, the Chinese is well known, and the Hindu's have Vedic astrology.. The signs don't actually have any shape [For about 400 years in Western tropical astrology, Cancer was a cat.]. It's all symbollism.

The Celts had a tree one.

That and the primary astrology system was formed in Babylon, long before Christ.

pauly: Just for the record - Astrology places the earth at the center of the universe ! We all know that the Sun is ! Could it be, that the Biblical characters pre-existed prior to Astrological characters and the Greek astrologers assigned names to the various star shapes ? Thank your lucky stars that the stars are a facet of the creation of outer space and were there before the birth of Astrology.

As there are many such sites, it is difficult to point you to the one that you saw before. However, when reading them, consider the following... First, if the events of the Bible are in fact historical (such as the flood), then you should expect to find such legends in all cultures because it would be something that every culture experienced. That there is a story of a great flood in most culture, with God saving the hero and often groups of animals through a boat or raft is more likely to argue that this was a real event rather than a borrowed event. Killings because of teachings are something that happens all the time. In our own generation (or at least mine) we have someone like Dr ML King who was killed for his teachings. You will find that in every generation, So again, that is so common that it does not have to be "borrowed" from another religion. It is something is very likely to have happened because it is so common. Virgin birth: You will find many unusual and non-sexual conceptions throughout the different legends. But a virgin birth is rare. They often point to Horus, one of the Egyptian gods, but he was the 12th child born to his mother, so she was hardly a virgin. Although his conception was non-sexual in nature in that an enemy has sliced off his father's "male part" and destroyed it, so he was conceived when it was replaced with a gold "version" of the missing "part". That is about as close as any of the legends come to a virgin birth. Having 12 disciples. Again, that is common. Especial in Jewish society where the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 elders that came from them are the base of their government and culture, So that Jesus would have 12 disciples fits with the Jewish religion from which he came and does not need to be borrowed from anywhere else. But the biggest issue with the story of Jesus being based borrowed from all these is myths is the gospels. Three of those gospels were written by men who knew Jesus personally. They are quoted as early as 48 AD, which places them barely 15 years beyond the time when they claim Jesus lived. Most of the people alive in Israel at the time they appeared would have also been alive 18 to 20 years earlier when the ministry of Jesus was going on. They would know whether or not they were fake and whether or not they were myths. Yet not a single document survives that questions the accurately of the claims of the gospels. Rather the existing documents attempt to find a different way to explain the life and miracles of Jesus. The Babylonian Talmud, written by the same Pharisees who executed Jesus, agree that he was a teacher, healer and miracle worker. But they say he did it by "black magic". If these were only myths, why would his enemies not have simple stated that he never did any of those things? Instead they try to find a different explanation for them. Sorry, but you do not have to look to "another source" for the origin of the "myths" that surround Jesus. Every one of them comes directly from the Jewish religion or from known facts in history.

Yes I do know this and I do know also the Bible is written in the stars and inside of the Great Pyramid. The theory is that Enoch built the Great pyramid and used it to rapture, and the children of Ham followed the example of the pyramid when they tried to build the tower of Babel and God seeing they could do this and get to Heaven confounded the Languages of the people so they could not finish what they started; Genesis 11: 4And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
5And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
6And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
The Bible does clearly say they could have gotten to heaven if God did not stop them.

I'm sorry? Astrology has nothing to do with the story of Jesus.

Seems doubtful to me, and in any event is hardly relevant to any significant issue. Given the hundreds of errors in the bible, it could be used to "prove" almost anything.
