that seems to be a pretty accurate representation.

Christians have not been persecuted in the Western world since Constantine's edict in 312, except by other Christians. Since it was legalized, it's been all about the winning, not right and wrong. Every setback or obstacle is seen as a defeat, a persecution, an assault on God through his people. It's a far cry from that ancient martyr cult.

that is part of it.

this is what i have figured out.

It is their holy God given quest to convert the world. to do this means that they have to put an end to all other religions and
lifestyles that are not "Godly". and we happen to live in a country that has laws that protect us from them. so this means that they are being persecuted because the law of the land stopps them from burning witches and such.

this is not all of them, but the ones that are targeted by that video fit this description. I happen to know 2 Christian preachers, they come to my house to play Dungeons and Dragons every other week. they attend our rituals and holidays and we do the same with them. they are not all Psychotic.

if you are going to talk about Christians in countries like Saudia Arabia, and some of the other places like China and Iraq, Realize that first off it is usually Illegal in these countries. this means that they went there knowing this, and tried to spread their religion.
if they had kept to themselves, and not made a big damn deal out of it nobody would have ever known who they were, but that is impossible. they have to scream it at everybody that they pass and see. they have to evangelize everybody. and if you are going to do this in an area where you know that people will KILL you for it, this is not Persecution this is STUPIDITY.

Christianity did not just spring up in a Muslim Country that allows no outside contact, someone took it there in an effort to expand their religion. and they paid the proce for it.

I am Pagan, you will not EVER catch me going to the middle east for me to do so would be suicide, and stupid. You will not catch me in China, or Isreal.
I am White, you will not catch me fishing in the Congo. there are places in this world where people have been hurt and exploited by White people and Christians way too much and they WILL NOT tolerate us. so do not go there. Leave them alone let them live and stay alive yourself. You do not have to take over the planet to get to heaven.

sorry for the rant,

I don't watch you-tube videos.
I think that some Christians in the west are going overboard with claims that they are being persecuted (I'm talking about persecution in nations like the US)
But in other countries, like Saudi Arabia,Iran,Burma,China etc, around 120,000 Christians are killed each year for their faith. When I say that Christians are being persecuted, the martyrs are who I am talking about.

It's what SOME of them mean by being persecuted. Unfortunately.

" Be happy if you are insulted for being a Christian, for then the glorious spirit of God will come upon you....Sometimes we must suffer because we take a stand for Christ...God promises to be with us always; why would he want to be with us if he didn't value us..."I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
