I am a nurse in a family practicioner's office, and although I am mainly dealing with OBGYN patients, alot of women experience this...it's just that you're more sensitive to heat. Alot of people don't deal with heat as well as others do. Your heard can slow down, and decrease blood flow to the brain, and can bring on a migrane. Your digestive system also slows down which is why most people aren't as hungry in the hot climates, which makes any MSG you eat more prevalent, which also brings on migraines. Try reducing MSC and drinking lots of water in the heat, it might help. Some patients that my doctor I work for treats take XANAX which is a medication for anxiety, but also works for heat sensitive migraines. Good luck to you!

Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil - can lead to a blown engine (you put in the picture what it does to a body) DRINK WATER.
Have a mini lesson in muscles which get knots in them called trigger points making them tight. Your mid and upper back shoulders neck and head are all involved. See a massage therapist and read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies to learn how to help yourself.
