How can i convert songs i`ve downloaded into files so i can send thru messenger?. any free downloads? plz help. and if so..how do i convert them? im slow at computers. so bare with me.

Cool Edit pro is a good tool or you can just download mp3s from Bearshare. if you have roxio it too has a audio editing program
