My boyfriend and i are wanting to have a nice valentines (nothing crazy). We want to stay in a free kind of range though because of some financial issues we've had recently. Just something sweet mostly just something fun we can do together.
We can't really do a romantic dinner at home because we have a roommate who will be here.
Also we're trying to take the weather into consideration because of a medical condition he can't take the cold/chill very well.

Any ideas? just something simple and fun

We live in texas between dallas and fort worth, please nothing sexual we can think of those on our own thanks

How about a re-enactment of your first date?
Whether it be a movie and then McDonalds then bowling, it means something to the both of you. Valentines Day to me doesn't mean an expensive restaurant. I'm an easy girl and the smallest things please me. As long as I'm with my man then I'm happier than I'll ever be regardless of where we are and what we are doing.

You can rent a movie and watch it in his room. or Take him to a nice affordable restaurant and afterwards catch a movie. [Can you ask the roommate to get out for the day? :P, then you can get something from the supermarket, get a small easy recipe online-you can make something nice with less than $25-, light up some scented candles-you should find some in the Dollar Store lol, if you dont already have some ;)-, and just dine together ,might sound too easy and tacky, but from experience, the nice easy thoughful things done with your heart goes a long way] . Or do you know any place with indoor tracks? Then you can walk around together, and maybe grab something to eat. You dont have to necessarly follow a tradition, but you can create one right there. :) But no matter how you celebrate it, you know the best thing is that you'll be together.:)
