Also do yourself the service of finding out the effect of caffeine on the thalamus. (if i am remembering the correct word you will cut down or cut out a lot of caffeine)

I don't believe that caffeine causes chest pains. But it does take 2 days for caffeine to fully leave your body. When I drink caffeine, usually my "side effects" tend to last 4-5hrs.
