i love this guy i think he likes me back and we hang out alot..

how should i tell him?

and should i kiss him?

and we do like each other but i just don't know how to tell him or plant one on him'

Have you tried asking him why is he like that to you? I think thats the best start you could always do. Cause you would not know unless he tells you I love you...right? Kiss him but not on the lips just a friends kiss since there is no clear reason for a kiss on your lips.
