1.) copy and paste it onto paint.
2.) click ctrl+r
3.) the bottom choice is rotate by angle. select 90.

If you click the picture, it will be selected. You'll know it's selected because it has dots around the corners. You'll see, at the top center of the picture, a line with a green dot. If you put your mouse over the green dot and click, you'll notice a little rotate sign. So, basically click and drag the dot around until you've got the picture how you want it. Then just click off the picture entirely to de-select it, so you can be sure you won't make any more changes by mistake. :-) Good luck!

In photoshop you can manually rotate it to where you want with the free transform option.

look for the DRAW toolbar in MS WORD
click DRAW >ROTATE OR FLIP>ROTATE RIGHT 90degree

There are many free programs out there that will let you manipulate pictures. I use Irfanview. I think it's great. You can get it at www.irfanview.com.
