I have my husband with 2 sons, but I feel unhappiness because I found I was in fact a lesbian after I lived with my husband for 4 years . We had a great online chat and I could not wait to have a chat with her face to face. After having a face to face chat with her, she said she could not live without me, she wanted me to marry her asap. I also would like to marry her, but should I desert my husband and two sons? as always, u have to be honest with ur husband. that's the foundation of a marriage... if u dont have that, then there's no point in keeping the marriage together. i dont suggest u just flat our leave ur husband, i suggest u talk to him about who u really are, explain that u are not gonna make the situation any better by living a lie, and u would much rather have peace of mind knowing that ur following ur heart.
there's no point in keeping the marriage together if u dont have that bond that married people should have. if the love is gone and honesty is thrown out the window, in my eyes the marriage is practically over anyway. we only live once, dont waste it on living a lie.

Tell your family the truth and go on with your life. You don't have to desert your children. What makes you think that way. You're their mother, lesbian or not. A childs love of a parent is unconditional but I do suggest to keep your public display of affection with your new love out of the sight of your kids. They're to little to understand.

Dang girl thats some deep sh*t. Thats really hard. By leavin you could screw up your kids and your husbands lives, plus the mental damage. But if you stay they you're lying to all of them and you're unhappy. So its like damned if you do damned if you don't. You're screwed no matter what you choose, but I think you should go. You're hurtin everbody by stayin.
Ease them into it gently or just don't tell them you're a lesbian. Just say you want a divorce bcuz you feel like you 2 were driftin apart, you love him but you're not in love with him, the passions gone out of your marriage. Things can get real ugly if you take it to court tho.
But I think its best if you stay true to you.

Well I really dont know but I would think if you are this unhappy to take a break from both...your gf and your husband and go your own way until you can think clearly....also I would never desert your sons...they need you...you are there mother.

i'm a male but u gotta respect your husband too...him 4 years and her just recently...he deserves the truth...whether he likes it or not...thats not the point...but don't go straight to her after the fact....will only make things worse...we have a girl working with us everyday and i hear about everything...but as they say.....the truth will set u free...just go slow after that
