its weird how you can play with someones mind into believing in something no one has never seen nor knows its seriously for real.
Aren't we meant to believe in "seeing is believing"?
Books say a lot of things so dont come to me saying "the bible..... blah blah blah"

He is the way the truth and the life... he created u and thats why ur here on earth... he gave u the strength to get out of bed this mornin he gave u another breath, he gave u another day... so be thankful... Jesus IS real! He died apon the cross for urs and my sins...EVERYONES sins... All these people and scientist trying to prove the bible wrong... u know what... all they are doin is provin it to be true... U know that they found Noahs Ark... Thats cool... Jesus loves u! He's there for u when u need help... call apon him he will be there and he will see u through... This is a true story... one time there was this lady and she was comin out of a store... she said God was telling her to do a hand stand beside the drink machine and she thought to herself God this seems a little crazy but since u want me to i will ill do it... so the lady put down her bags and ran over to the machine did a hand stand really quickly hoping no one would see her, she ran to her car and got in... she saw this big biker-lookin man run over to her car and started knockin on the window and he had been crying... she rolled down her window a little bit and said what do u want.. the man started ballin and cryin he said "i was about to commit suicide, and i was tellin God, if u really do exist then you make someone come out of that store and do a handstand beside that machine, if u do then i wont kill myself..."the lady rolled down her window the rest of the way... "i had a gun about to blow my brains out then i saw u do that hand stand then i knew that there truely was a God..." the lady rolled down her window the rest of the way... Jesus is real... There is nothin that can prove that wrong... nothin in this world... he's there for u when u need him and always will be... he can forgive u of ur sins just believe and have faith that he is the son of God an du will be saved.... every knee will bow and and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord... He's marvilous!! Jesus is the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end, the son of god, king of kings, lord of lords he's everything, messiah, johovah, the prince of peace is he thethe great i am , seed of abraham, second person in the trinity. BELIEVE!

There never was a question that Jesus existed. The 1st century historians wrote about Him. They didn't believe in Him, they just wrote the facts. Millions of people in the lst two thousand years were persecuted for their belief in Him. The calendar was changed because of His death on Calvary. Before he was born it was B.C. (before Christ). After His death it was A.D. (anno domino, which is Latin for year of our Lord). Ask anyone over the age of 40. Archeology proves that He lived. Get your head out of the T.V. and videos. and get your into a Library and do some research. Your Eternal Soul depends upon it. Try to prove the Bible wrong. Open it up, read it, and try to find a contradiction, or anywhere that it was proven wrong. People have been trying to do it for thousands of years, and NOT ONE person could. Maybe you might be the first. Go ahead try it.

Are you simply making a statement? What is your point? If you don't believe, that is fine, just don't expect everyone else to feel the same way. Most of us do believe in our heart and do not necessarily have to see "him" to believe. God and Jesus know what is in each of our hearts and what we believe it doesn't matter what we can see. If that were so, then where does that leave all of the blind people of the world? Now go ponder that one for a while.

The answer to that is Faith. A big part of the Christian religion is that you have faith that the Lord Jesus Christ is who he says he is, and by believing in him and that he is the Son of God you are saved from your sins. Those that are Christians do know that he exists even today.
And the age-old question...have you ever "seen" a million dollars?

Actually, the historical person of Jesus did exist. That was proven many, many years ago by finding reference to him in other texts written at the time.
The rest you have to take on faith and your own process of discovery.
"Seeing" is not always believing. Neptune and Pluto were both proven to mathmatically exist before we could "see" them. X-rays cannot be seen, yet we know they are there. There is a whole spectrum of light and cannot see and sounds we cannot hear.
Things aren't as simple as they first appear...

The bible was written by his followers. How do we know he doesn't exist? All the religions talk about the miracles he performed. The Lutheran religion was actually started from the Catholic religion. I went through the same "does he exist" phase. And then I look at the churchs around the world, the teachings and they all lead back to one source. His apostles seen him and believed him. Read the bible some time, Revalations it talks about Armageddon!

Um, actually, the Bible isn't the only historical record that mentions Jesus. The Koran and various Greek/Roman texts also state that he did exist. Just because there's no picture of him does not mean he doesn't exist.
Go research a bit more before you make conclusions.

Actually there is historical evidence of Jesus. If you look up Josephus, there is information he wrote about telling of Jesus' followers, this was shortly after the time of Jesus' death. Josephus was a Jew that was forced to record events for the Romans (I think it's the Romans). Also, faith, and the tradition that has been handed down for years...

Jesus is a historical figure. His story is not a fairy tale either. All those stories about what he did are true. If you don't want to believe me you can look it up in church history books. And if this does not satisfy you, you can go to Rome and look at the archives on the Roman empire there.

No one person NEEDS to do anything. You have a mind of your own, don't you? You should answer your own question by looking more into the different religions....BUT the idea is the belief in a God....or Gods that are there to guide us the correct way...The way of the truth...It is called Faith because we are putting Faith in something we can not see....
