find your way of doing.
you 'll not be able to do meditation first so try to do yoga and slowly slowly you'll be able to meditate.
& you will feel the diffrence in your life.

very simpale way is first Take out from mind that you don't have concentration on studies and just without any pre mind set read and write this will lead slowly to concentration on your studies.

we all develop it differently. I do much better writing lecture notes than reading a book. It may just be a hit and miss thing for you to discover what works well FOR YOU.
