A buddy of mine was born and raised in Liverpool. He moved back a few years ago and hated it. He said he feared for his life several times. He has since moved back to the states and has become a citizen of the US. However the term "white trash" originated in the US, and with the current culture and leader I would say that the US is white trash nation.
