We all do that. It would be better not to say any things. I seem to use GEE, and GOSH..and DING..and Holy Moses..but these are not really good substitutions really..maybe I need to come back to check what I should say when I need to.. ; )

The last one, never never say! Just remember when you call on them, you have called their attention to you. So, I guess it's up to you how you'd like to handle it. If it were me, I'd play it safe and increase my vocabulary. The only reason it has so much 'impact' is because it is so offensive.
