This is pushing the kiss a step further. It is more intimate, with your bodies twisting together. It could be sexual as well. You just have to pay attention to where his hands are. They will tell you if it is closeness or sex that he wants.
I've personally put my leg inbetween guys' legs before. Many times it is because I'm looking for more than just a kiss and other times it is just because I am really getting into the kiss and want to be closer to him.

A kiss is just a kiss but when your leg is in between a girls legs then it is a very sexual kiss and guys are very sexual. Maybe he wants to turn you on at the same time cause he is probably turned on. He could also be doin this so you get a little kinky yourself with him? Who knows?
