The way it is set up right now, it prints the "normal" way, I think it's called portrait (across the short end of the paper). I need it to print on the long side of the paper so I can fit more boxes in there. Help? Oh, and I have microsoft windows, if that is important...

In the top left hand corner click on File then select Page Setup.
From the box that opens you can change from Portrait to Landscape also make other adjustments.

Change the page setup from portrait to landscape. There is also a shrink to fit option (called fit to in page setup) and you may want to use this as well. It should fit after you make these changes, just go into page setup under the file menu.
