Why has the American government in the past declare that a certain incident with a British military column was in fact to grieve but there were no evidences that indeed had been friendly fire, and now we know that even a video, with perfectly audible conversations, exists and existed at the time??! I do not believe these incidents to be "caused", but I no longer believe official declarations the American government or the army make to explain them. These and other situations.... like for example: till today, several helicopters of the American (and some of the British) army crashed, killing or severely injuring pilots and other soldiers... they always deny attacks as a cause of these crashes... am I the only one understanding here that, if these crashes are not caused by attacks, the government officially declares that dozens of American and British pilots are so incompetent that they crash helis almost every fortnight???
