If I filed my on-line store as a Delaware LLC but it has a New York address do I have to charge NY sales tax?

If you have a NY presence (it sounds like you do) you must collect and render sales tax for any sales in NY or shipped to a NY address.

you would charge sales tax to customers that are located in, or have shipping addresses in NY.
