Well, i found 2 possible choices:
Because 1+3= 4, and since 3 is 5, 5-1 is four! and also cuz one has 3 letters (O-N-E) and 3 has 5 letters (T-H-R-E-E), and 5 has four letters (F-I-V-E), but then it stops at 4 because 4 has four letters, so, yea. Either way it could go.
