So i like my brother's friend, and idk if he likes me. I mean we see each other alot at school (cause my brother dosen't invite friend over), and i've just started saying a comment every so often. And sometimes i catch him looking at mean, but idk if it's cause i'm my brother's little sister or what!!

Now more than ever is a time when you should be spending lots of time studying and planning for gettting excellent grades to get into college. Reassess your ideas and your game plan and I recommend spending more time studying.
In no time Tiz, you both will be going off to work or college and many more people will cross your paths. Why not continue to be friends and friendly, but hold off on the romance and bf/gf stuff.
You've got a great mind (I read your profile) and so it would be a good idea to make a lifeline going back 5 years and going forward 5 years just to look at a bigger picture of your life.
Along the line list chronologically everything significant that has happened to you in the last 5 years. Then lay out your plan for the next 5 years of your life.
Whatever you decide to do will be the right thing for you.. Good Luck

Just talk to him. Get to know him as a friend and see where it goes from there. Just be sure to mention it to your brother so he doesn't screw anything up for you. Blessings
ps I married my brother's best friend from school. And my brother married my husband's sister. Talk about a sister swap!! LOL
