there is no regulation that address this, so there is no prohibition
against any age. However, you cannot take the knowledge test until you are 16. The earliest I would recommend is if you are close to 16

You can start attending ground school at any age - there are no regulations. Although some of the information learned at a young age, may be a little beyond you. I started talking lessons when I was 14 years old and attended only ground school with my instructor and didn't attend a formal ground school until I was 16 years old.

but if you love airplanes and want to fly.
have your folks take you to the airport and ask around about the civil air patrol.
relax completely volunteers who do not go to war and are not allowed to. but the do fly airplanes mostly cessna 172's And

my son was in it and loved it and i was in it for 3 years till i moved. plan on going back. its a really good way to hang around pilots and planes and learn all you want.

If you've been born, you're old enough. To get a student pilot's license you need to be 16.
