Help, I am not a free person.?

I live with my mom, brother, and my aunt in a two rooms appartmnet. Her duaghter always botter me when I try to do my work. She stole my supplies, yelling, crying, try to hurt me, and all that thing. I cann't do my work. I don't have my own room. When I tole my aunt, she doen't care at all. When my mom was here, she help me out. But she is in my uncle's house right now.
