I really need to go to school tomorrow. I couldn't today because the pain was so excruciating. I'm about to go to bed so is there any good position I should sleep in to ease the pain and make it less intense by morning?

I've had muscle spasms in my back since I was a teenager. I usually take advil and try to sleep with a pillow under my legs or if I can I lie on the floor with my feet up on the couch. I hope you feel better. If you're under 18, though, I would ask your parents their opinion.

Muscles - a swig or two of molasses - or - a couple of bananas contain the potassium and magnesium they scream for. Seriously hit a massage therapist.
