It's totally natural for you to like him. Older teenage guys are cute ^^. Don't make it obvious that your OBSESSED with him, don't drool around him. Be cool and collected. You don't want to look childish, but don't always count on him to start liking you. People have different preferences- he might be uncomfortable with dating his lil sis' friend.

it's ok to crush on him, i don't think that's something you can control. but always let your best friend know what is going on with your feelings and her brother. NEVER keep her in the dark, and always keep a good sense of reality in your mind. BEST FRIENDS ALWAYS COME FIRST. don't use her to get to him. hos before bros. go for him, but always let your friend know what's going on first. loosing a best friend is never worth a boyfriend.

Just tell him you like him, if he still thinks you are weird and doesn't want to get to know you better, than don't waste your time.
That is just his opinion, other people will think he's weird, who is he to define what is weird?

hes 3 years older than me i know he thinks im weird and a ditz but i like him i kind of dont want to tell me bff because im scared of how she'll react. i plan to do more stuff together idk maybe going to movies or dinner as a group. good luck!
